Neuropsychiatric symptoms of dementia
Etiologies are complex and often multidetermined, including phenotypic expression of neurodegenerative pathology, delirium, undiagnosed medical conditions, premorbid psychopathology, expression in reaction to unmet needs, dynamics between patient and caregiver, and environmental triggers.
